School Manager – Recruitment


We’re hiring a school manager for a high-responsibility role with the potential to earn over ¥10,000,000 annually.


Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day school operations and manage the school’s budget and finances.
  • Create the school’s annual calendar and staff shift schedules.
  • Set school-level goals based on business objectives and monitor progress.
  • Identify risks and challenges related to financial performance and educational outcomes, and implement countermeasures.
  • Communicate effectively in Japanese.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
  • Recruit, interview, and make hiring decisions for new staff.
  • Supervise all school employees and step in to perform tasks when necessary.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with English teachers to help them set personalized development goals and evaluate their performance based on progress.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Sufficient professional experience and knowledge to be capable of managing a school.
  • The ability to communicate with and manage native English-speaking teachers.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • It is preferred that the candidate is a native English speaker and capable of teaching classes as a substitute when necessary.

Employment Type

Full-Time Employee


Compensation

  • Salary ranges from ¥5,760,000 to ¥14,400,000 per year.
  • Overtime allowance is paid additionally.
  • Yearly raise increase.

Working Hours

Two days off per week.

Working hours on weekdays are 11:00-20:00 (8 hours work, 60 minutes break)

Additional pay is provided for working on holidays.
